Seeking to help nanny find full time employment
email firstname.lastname@example.org > > We want to help our nanny find Full Time work 40hr/week, M-F Start Date: June 29, 2020 Skills: Maria Vallejo was a registered nurse in Ecuador in the NicU. > > After 3 years, we are moving out of the city, so want to help our nanny find a new family. Maria has cared for our son since he was 5 months old--she is like a second mother. Maria is everything you would want in a caregiver: patient, loving and kind, observant, and experienced with children of all ages and as a first time mom in NYC it was such a relief to know that my son was always safe and well cared for even when I was not around. Maria is especially skilled with infants and toddlers, as she was a registered Nurse in Ecuador in the NicU. From the beginning, Maria was attuned to respecting our schedule and continuing that throughout our time together, always on time and organized. Maria has a strong network of nanny’s in the Upper West Side, and from a very young age coordinated and arranged playdates in the neighborhood so they could socialize with other kids, and helped them form their first friendships. Maria is very active and always looking for ways to engage the kids--taking them to libraries, museums, parks and playgrounds. Over the years I have received many compliments from other parents who recognize my son on the playground or library and say “wow you have an amazing and wonderful nanny” - as she is ‘never on the phone like other nannies parents have seen’. Maria is extremely health conscious herself and with the our son, teaching him about the importance of hand washing ( pre-COVID19), he never had a diaper rash and even barely a cold through the years - always making sure they are eating fresh, healthy food and getting lots of fresh air and exercise. Maria and I worked together to have him potty trained just after he turned 2 -with great success! > > > > I get many compliments on my son’s advanced Spanish & English skills and manners, and I know that this is in large part because of how Maria interacts with him. Maria truly loves our son and we feel so lucky to have her in our lives, and she will always be part of our family and we even celebrated Mother’s Day & Father’s day with her extended family! She is such a wonderful person and caregiver. We will miss her terribly, but we know that there is another family who will benefit from her love and care. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions. > > > Sincerely, > > Natasha Olechowski > >
